Your PD (or Pupillary Distance) is the distance between the center of your pupils. We need this to correctly prepare your lenses. An accurate PD is essential for those with poorer vision. Normally you can get this from your optometrist when you get your prescription. For more information, please see our article.

Unfortunately, as the prescription for contact lenses and glasses are very different, we won't be able to use your prescription that was prescribed for contact lens use. Please have an eye care professional provide you with a prescription specifically for glasses.

Your order can take anywhere from 4-6 days for single vision lenses shipped to a location in the U.S. to various times for international orders. Please see our Shipping Policy page for more information.

We are unable to submit for reimbursement for you, but we will provide you with an invoice which you can then send to your insurance carrier.

All you need is a copy of your most recent glasses prescription. Please have this copy ready when you checkout as we will need you to fill out the corresponding information. Also, we will need your PD (Pupillary Distance) which is generally provided in your prescription, but if this is missing from your Rx, no worries! Please see this article to see how you can get one.

All of our lenses are sold with anti-reflective, anti-scratch, and hydrophobic coatings. All of our lenses also come with a one year worry-free warranty.

Sure! Just find a pair you like on our site -- to start, you can find frames for men here and for women here. Most of our frames are available to try on using our virtual try on tool, but if that still does not suit you then feel free to order them with the lenses and try them out for 15 days. During that 15 days, we will not charge you a penny and if you don't like them, then send them back free of charge. If you keep them longer than 15 days, we will charge you using your original payment selection and there is nothing else to be done in order to keep them forever!

Absolutely! Select a frame and click the "Add to cart" button. When you are presented with the small form to add all of your prescription values, don't make any changes and click the "Select Lens" button. You will be asked to confirm that you are buying glasses without a prescription and then you will be able to select additional options, such as whether you wish to have them as photochromic (change tint when exposed to daylight).

After your purchase, you should have received a tracking number when we shipped your glasses to you. Also, if you created an online account, you can check your order status at all times from the main menu "Help->Order Status". Or just click here. And if you didn't create an online account, just contact us and have your order number handy.

No. We can only use a current prescription that you provide from a licensed eye care professional.

Return your eyewear for a full refund within 30 days at no cost to you for shipping or restocking. Our lenses are additionally covered for an entire year from scratches and manufactured defects.
