Send your eyewear back to us free of charge within 30 days and we won't ask you why, when, how or where. OK, we might ask you why, but it's because we want to know how we can do better! All of our eyewear will have a return shipping label included with it when it's shipped to you, but if you lost the label or have any questions at all -- please don't hesitate to reach out to us.
After the 30 days, our lenses are still covered by a scratch free warranty for up to a year! Our frames are covered for all manufacturing defects for up to a year, also.
If you think the prescription is incorrect, please contact us! Sometimes there can be issues with a new prescription and it could be something related to the type of lens you selected. Either way, you can check out our handy FAQ to see if this will address your problem, but always know that we will do our utmost to make sure your purchase is satisfactory.
